How bidding will work
Everyone must be registered to bid - this can be done via our auction website and only takes minutes - Register to bid here.
The first horse will enter the ring at 7.30pm GMT - from this point onwards all bidding, whether it be online or in the room, will be controlled the auctioneers.
Our original auction format remains the same, the addition of our Hybrid sector will only enhance the overall experience for all involved. We have 2 highly experienced auctioneers who will monitor the room with the support of numerous "spotters".
Our Auction Services
We are also able to set up a telephone bidding facility for you with your own dedicated bidder. This facility is limited and must be pre-booked by 6pm prior to the auction.
You will be connected to your dedicated bidder approximately 5 minutes prior to your horse entering the ring. Your bidder will keep you fully informed about the level of interest there is in the room and place bids under your instruction.

We are excited to open the doors of The Billy Stud and invite you to join us during the first edition of our Hybrid Auctions! Tickets are free but they MUST be booked in advance. Your ticket will enable you to join us for the presentation of the horses which begins at 4.30pm or arrival from 6.30pm for the live auction event.
